The District generally meets on the fourth Monday of the month at 12:00 PM at the offices of Coats Rose, 9 Greenway Plaza, Suite 1000, Houston, Texas 77046; however the District does have occasional special meetings at designated meeting places inside the boundaries of the District.
Residents of the District have the right to request the designation of a meeting location within the District under Water Code Section 49.062(g). A description of this process can be found at: www.tceq.texas.gov/waterdistricts.
